Marigold Petals/Flowers Dried (Calendula)

Dried natural petals from the Calendular plant, more commonly known is Marigolds. These make a lovely natural addition to home-made soaps, providing an interesting decorative enhancement.

Calendula contains high amounts of flavonoids, plant-based antioxidants that protect the body against cell-damaging free radicals. It is also said to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial effects.

No pesticides were used in the growth of these plants, and nothing has been added, so they are suitable for vegan recipes.
